基于ANSYS的内燃机曲轴的模态分析

Modal analysis of engine crankshaft based on ANSYS

摘要: 为了解内燃机曲轴的动态特性,以及准确得到曲轴固有频率和振型对曲轴的影响,基于振动问题模态分析理论,利用PRO/E建立了材质为QT800-6的内燃机曲轴的简化模型,导入ANSYS进行了模态分析。得到了自由模态和约束模态的前8阶非零频率,并进行了比较,然后查看约束模态相应的振型,据此对曲轴的结构优化提出了一些合理的改进建议。

Abstract: Based on the theory of modal analysis on vibration problems ,the simplified model of the engine crankshaft of the material for QT800-6 was established based on the PRO/E . And conduct the model analysis by ANSYS software . So we can get the foregoing 8 orders of the non-zero frequency of the free modal and the constraint modal ,and make a comparison on them . Furthermore ,by viewing the modal shape of the constraint modal ,we can put forward some reasonable suggestions for the structural improvement of the crankshaft.
